 I’m a licensed mental health counselor, a mother of four, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Through my work with faithful men and women, I've noticed that many people want to be patient and Christlike. But under stress, they react in ways that don’t match who they want to be—then feel ashamed or discouraged.

Reframe unhelpful thoughts using truth, compassion, and alignment with your faith values. You’ll learn to reappraise your thoughts in a way that supports both discipleship and emotional health.

Become an agent who acts according to your values–even under pressure. You’ll learn how to interrupt reactive urges and choose behaviors that reflect who you are and what you value.Â
