EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective therapy for processing and integrating traumatic memories. Through guided tapping exercises, EMDR uses "bilateral stimulation" to rewire the brain's experience of trauma, reducing its impact on your present life. EMDR does not require you to discuss your trauma in great detail.

Internal Family Systems Therapy

Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps you explore and heal different parts of yourself, fostering greater internal harmony. IFS views your inner world as comprising various "parts" of the mind. IFS helps reconcile internal conflicts, bringing clarity and fostering a new, healthier relationship with yourself. 

Cognitive Processing Therapy

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a cognitive-behavioral therapy designed to help you overcome distress from traumatic events. CPT focuses on understanding and reframing negative beliefs tied to trauma.
